Private First Class Mason was a member of the 72nd Medium Tank Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy South Korea on November 29, 1950 and evacuated to the United States on December 18, 1950. Later, he returned to Korea and died of other causes in Korea on July 21, 1953. |
