Notes
Master Sergeant Scott was a member of the 219th Aviation Company, 17th Aviation Group, 1st Aviation Brigade. On May 13, 1969, he was the observer in a Cessna Bird Dog Observation Aircraft (O-1G) acting as a radio relay for the Special Forces over Laos, when radio contact was lost. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
