Notes
Captain Lemon was a member of the 421st Tactical Fighter Squadron. On April 25, 1971, he was the pilot of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4D) on a mission 15 miles northeast of Ban Phone, Saravane Province, Laos, when radio contact was lost. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
