Elizabeth Agnes Jorgensen was born in Bay City, Michigan on November 13, 1903. She married Jesse Jean Jorgensen. In 1922, they moved to Ancon, Balboa, Canal Zone where he worked for the Panama Canal Company and later for the Panama Railroad. Elizabeth worked as a clerk for the U.S. Government. After Jesse's death in 1958 and Elizabeth retired, she moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. She died on October 18, 1990, was cremated and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery with her husband, Jesse Jean Jorgensen.
