Notes
Sergeant First Class Davis was a member of the 5th Special Forces Group. On March 20, 1969, he was the leader of a reconnaissance team operating in Saravanne Province, 11 miles inside Laos west of Kham Duc, when the patrol was attacked killing Sergeant First Class Davis. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
