David Frankie Arthur was the five month old son of U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Frankie Arthur and Audrey Arthur, living in Panama. He died on July 12, 1969. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
