Allen J. Arthur was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 23, 1905. He moved to Panama to work for the Panama Canal Company. He died on March 13, 1929. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
