Felix Eduardo Arrieta was born in Panama on February 21, 1880. He married Carolina Arrieta. He was the dependent father of retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Miriam Elena Rodriguez. He died on February 28, 1980 at the Gorgas Army Hospital. He was initially buried at Section U, Row 1, Grave 34 Corozal American Cemetery. He was reinterred with son, Felix Eduardo Arrieta at Section I, Row 9, Grave 39 in 1994. His wife, Carolina Arrieta, is buried at Section K, Row 21, Grave 28.
