William E. Arnold was born in Illinois on June 26, 1909. He enlisted in the Army Air Corps that later became the U.S. Air Force. He served during World War II and retired as a Master Sergeant. Upon retirement he lived in Panama. He died on December 23, 1967 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
