Christian Valentine Arnheiter, Jr. was born in the Canal Zone December 19, 1921 of American parents. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and was promoted to Senior Command Master Sergeant with 27 years active duty including service in Vietnam and a veteran of World War II and Korea. He received a Bronze Star Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Commendation Medal. He died on September 6, 2008 at Hospital Punta Pacifica, San Francisco, Panama. He was cremated and buried at the Corozal American Cemetery near his father Christian V. Arnheiter and his mother Elvira Arnheiter.
