Bernardo Ernesto Archibold was an American born in Panama on July 30, 1936. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and was promoted to Platoon Sergeant while fighting in Vietnam and was awarded a Bronze Star. After returning to civilian practice, he worked as a supervisor for government security in Miami, Florida. He married Bertilda Jurado Archibold and they lived at Miami Lakes, Florida. He died on March 16, 2006 at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Miami, Florida and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
