Harry H. Allen was an American born in 1881. He worked for the Panama Canal Company and received the Roosevelt Medal for his work. He died on January 3, 1969, was cremated and his ashes were placed in an urn and stored at the Scottish Rite Temple in Panama. Upon a request from the Scottish Rite, his urn was buried in a mass grave at the Corozal American Cemetery in May 2002.
